Terms of use

Draft for review: have a lawyer check this page before launch, and fill in the details in brackets.

1. Who we are

JobZeno is operated by Zoxi Media Technology Private Limited ("we"). By using the website you agree to these terms.

2. Job seekers

Creating an account and applying for jobs is free. Give true information in your profile and resume. When you apply, the employer receives your name, email, phone number, profile and resume. Never pay anyone to get a job — report such posts to us.

3. Employers

  • Each employer gets 2 free job posts in total. A free post stays live for 7 days from the day it goes live. After that it is taken offline automatically. The post and its applications stay saved in your account.
  • One mobile number, GST number or device can use the free posts only once, even with a new account.
  • Paid plans let you keep a number of job posts live at the same time for the plan period. Posts on a paid plan are shown above free posts; higher plans are shown higher. Inside the same plan level, the order rotates so that every employer gets a fair turn at the top.
  • When your plan ends, all your live job posts are paused the same day. There is no grace period. Nothing is deleted: renewing the plan makes your posts live again straight away, up to your plan's limit.
  • Boosts place one live post above other posts for the hours you choose.
  • Job posts must be real, legal and must not ask job seekers for money, deposits or fees. We may review, reject, pause or remove any post and block accounts that break these rules, without a refund.
  • Use applicants' data only to hire for the job they applied to.

4. Payments

Prices are shown before GST; GST is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See our refund policy.

5. Liability

We are a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee a job or a hire, and we are not a party to any job offer or employment.

6. Grievances

See our grievance officer page.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction.
