Draft for review: have a lawyer check this page before launch, and fill in the details in brackets.

This policy explains what personal data Zoxi Media Technology Private Limited collects on JobZeno and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Job seekers: name, email, mobile number, city, skills, experience, education, expected salary, resume and your applications.
  • Employers: company details, GST number (optional), the people who log in (name, email, mobile) and payment records. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
  • Everyone: pages visited, counted without cookies and without storing your IP address (see "Visitor statistics").

Why we use it

To run your account, show jobs, send your application to the employer you applied to, send job alerts you asked for, process payments, prevent fraud and fake jobs, and meet legal duties (for example GST invoices).

Who sees it

When you apply for a job, that employer sees your profile and resume. Our staff see data only to run the service. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

  • Job posts that expire, are paused or closed are kept in the employer's account and our records, together with their applications, so employers can come back to them and so we can resolve disputes.
  • Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually 8 years).
  • You can delete your job seeker account at any time from "My account"; your profile, resume and the resume copies attached to your applications are then deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, from your account or by writing to the grievance officer. You can turn off emails at any time.

Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords, private storage for resumes and access logs for staff.
